This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse or negligence.

Scratches, stains, discoloration and damage by overheating are not covered by this guarantee.

Refund Policy

Gourmet Lifestyle is dedicated to offering you high quality products, and we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the product you have purchased, you can return it in new condition within 14 days for a refund. Simply contact our Office for authorisation of the return.

Your refund will be processed only when the returned item is received at the above address, and verified to be in as new condition. Please note that we only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Stock Availability
We try hard to keep our website up to date and if we are running low on products they are temporarily taken off the website until our stock is replenished. If you are looking for something that isn't currently on our site feel free to enquire as we may still have a few in stock.

Shipping
For the best postage price, this cost will be calculated when you make each individual order. All items are shipped using Australia Post. For more details on Australia Post you can visit their website by clicking on the logo.
Sorry we do not handle international orders.
Packages are usually received within 14 days of being ordered. If there are any problems and we won't be able to deliver in 14 days we will inform you via email.

What if my order doesn't arrive?
If your order hasn't arrived in the time expected please contact your local Post Office or Mail Centre to see if they are holding it for you. If they don't have it, please email us with your order number and we will look into it for you.

Non-local orders can be paid using your credit or debit card. Payments will usually be processed over the phone, email, or what ever process is most suitable for you. Please email us to ask about payment options.
